We are seeking an intern to work P/T beginning in November, then work F/T during the summer. At Union Bank of California, our people are our greatest asset. The right candidate will have the following qualifications:
• Excellent analytical skills including the ability to evaluate the project proformas.
• Experience evaluating property cash flows, valuations, projections, and market conditions that will affect real estate credits.
• Ability to assess regional and national economics, market conditions and how they may affect customers and prospects.
• Computer literate (Microsoft - Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Graduate student in a qualified Master's Program preferred
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills
• Excellent organization, time management and attention-to-detail abilities.
• Communication skills are extremely important in this position and you must be able to conduct a professional dialogue clearly and concisely.
• Previous intern or work experience in Commercial Real Estate is a plus!
• You MUST be able to furnish proof of citizenship, U.S. residency, or authorization to work full-time for any employer.
