Summary:

Under direction of the Chief Financial Officer, the Loan Servicing Manager is responsible for customer service to Clearinghouse CDFI's borrowers from loan funding through payoff. The Loan Servicing Manager will initially be responsible for developing department procedure manuals and processing billings and customer payments. In addition the Loan Servicing Manager is responsible for preparation of portfolio reports for internal and external use.
